* In the summer when he would train at Gold's Gym with Arnold Schwarzenegger, his workouts would change by doing super sets. For example on Monday he would do a set of bench press then immediately go and do pull-ups for back. It would take Mike Katz about 3 weeks to adapt to Arnold's system but besides the super sets it followed the same muscles being grouped together as noted above.
